Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.)

Put simply, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture without the needles. Using your fingertips you  tap on the energy meridian points around your body using a set sequence. EFT clears out emotional debris and collapses the emotional route cause of issues, allowing you to move forward with your life.

In the 1920's Albert Einstein realised that everything (including our bodies) was composed of energy.
