Life coaching draws on a range of techniques and approaches. Put simply, a Life Coach is a sounding board for your ideas, asking the right questions to enable you to make your own decisions. It is based on taking action and moving forward, so a life coach will give you an action plan and activities to enable you to make changes to your life. What does a life coaching session consist of? A typical life coaching session is between 45 mins—1 hr and can be face-to-face, over the telephone, email or group sessions. The coach will ask about your current situation and areas you would like to discuss or improve – whether you have any goals, ambitions and dreams to change or improve your lifestyle. These can be based around different areas in your life – finance, health, wealth, career, family etc. You will agree on a range of activities or ideas to implement before your next session. Is life coaching for me? If you have goals, hopes, ambitions and dreams in your life, that are yet to be realised, or areas in your life that frustrate you – then yes! Still unsure? What payment methods do you accept? I accept cash, cheque, credit cards (via Paypal) and Paypal. Payments must be received before sessions and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to your intended session, otherwise full fee will be payable.
